What is PSYCH-K?

Create more joy in your life, identify and release what is holding you back - this change process uses simple tools to adopt new supporting beliefs and release limiting ones from the mind.

Theory suggests 95% of our consciousness lies in the subconscious, which is where our attitudes, values and beliefs are stored. The way we perceive the world comes from our beliefs, and we behave and act accordingly.
For example let's say Annabelle has trained in massage and mindfulness meditation and wants to offer these services to her local community, but is anxious about promoting her services and feels she’s not good enough - she is likely to stay stuck in the push-pull of her fears vs desires. PSYCH-K® can help her release the fears that are stopping her and create new beliefs to help her move forward confidently, and so provide her community with the fantastic services she has to offer, while also enabling her to earn income and experience the tremendous joy that comes with doing what she loves.

What is a PSYCH-K balance?

A PSYCH-K® balance is a process that increases the cross-talk between the two hemispheres of the brain and so achieving a ‘whole-brained state’.
We work together to find the very best statements for new beliefs to support you in reaching your goals. Using gentle muscle response testing your subconscious is able to select the best PSYCH-K® tool to use. The balance procedures are easy and quick.

It can be very difficult to make positive changes using willpower alone. We seem to need something more than good intentions to achieve our goals or to think more positively. And while tools such as repeating affirmations, vision boards, talk therapies and reading self-help books can be very helpful, they are mostly limited to the conscious mind. To create lasting change working at the level of the subconscious mind (where beliefs are stored) is far more effective and quicker.

The conscious mind sets goals, has a short-term memory and a limited processing capacity – averaging 40 bits of information per second.

The subconscious mind is habitual, seeks out what is familiar and remembers everything, including all our past experiences and beliefs. It can process about 40 million bits of information per second. PSYCH-K® is a key that enables us to tap into this part of our minds - to change beliefs stored in the subconscious so that they support, rather than sabotage our goals.


What happens in a session?

We will work with 3 key areas/goals you are looking to change/improve, address any blocks you’ve been struggling with and any self-sabotage which you may or may not have been aware of, and create new positive belief statements to install into your mind. There are a whole range of PSYCH-K® balances 'on the menu' for your subconscious to choose from using muscle response testing, which could be a sitting posture or simple movement-based activity. Sounds too simple, but the balances are very powerful!!
Finally I'll support you to set some small action steps towards the desired changes. This is followed by a free 15-minute check-in phone call 2 weeks after to see how you have got on.


Who is PSYCH-K for?

PSYCH-K® is best suited to people who are ready for and committed to their own personal growth, and who want to find and transform any beliefs that have been holding them back. Quite often immediate changes can be experienced, especially if the after-session action steps are carried out. Further sessions may be required to see the desired changes if there are several areas you wish to work on, or if an issue has been present for a long time.


The key to real change is in the dedication to putting in the work and effort for yourself. To achieve fitness goals you'll have to exercise regularly and eat healthily. PSYCH-K® will support you at the level of thought, so that your resulting behaviour and actions are in alignment with your goal.
