Reducing Glaucoma Symptoms & Eliminating Hip Stiffness in a 70-year-old man: a case study

“Health so far outweighs all external goods that a healthy beggar is truly more fortunate than a king in poor health.” Arthur Schopenhauer as quoted in The 6-Minute Diary.

“As you know, I came to you with eye problems and hip stiffness. The macular degradation and glaucoma are eye problems I inherited. The NHS treatments I receive are aimed solely at stabilising my condition (ie, not making them worse). However, your kinesiology and the programme you recommended have shown remarkable improvements in my eyesight, something I (and the NHS) never thought possible. The glaucoma-related pressure in my eyes has reduced, working with you I am confident this will reduce further still.

I believed my pelvic stiffness was because of my driving long distances for so many years and my advanced years. However, you showed me its original cause is emotional, primarily stress-related. Your kinesiology balancing sessions have worked wonders, and it’s now possible for me to keep calm and relaxed at all times. You are a wonder and others should know.”

I’m delighted to share this client testimonial from Stephan. When we’ve suffered pain over many years, or have been diagnosed with an eye condition all that seems possible is to manage the symptoms and accept increasing pain, stiffness and in Stephan’s case further eye problems and declining vision as our future reality. But his symptoms have greatly improved because of working with me and putting time and effort into the lifestyle changes I recommended.

Freedom from pain is possible, and kinesiology is a fantastic therapy for this purpose.

Stephan has worked with me over several sessions; the older a condition is the longer it can typically take to resolve – think one treatment per 5 years the condition has been in place, with a minimum of 6 sessions as a standard.

I have worked with him to identify and release the years of driving-related stress and irritation from his hips when travelling from meeting to meeting across the country and overseas too. For his eyes I worked with his brain and nervous system using kinesiology tools to release blocks, and restore balance. I suggested he buy Meir Schneider’s fabulous book Vision 4 Life for daily eye exercises for his particular conditions, which he did and uses daily.

Meir Schneider is an extraordinary man who was born blind to deaf parents, he had several operations on his eyes as a young child which didn’t help to restore his vision. Later he was inspired to experiment with exercises to relax his upper body and increase his vision, all of this effort was so effective that as an adult he maintains his own driver’s licence! He runs a school in the US teaching others to help people restore their vision, and offers eye exercise routines for all sorts of eye conditions in his book. I highly recommend him to everyone.

You can book in with me to address a chronic condition or other health concern you feel is limiting you, or forward this blog to someone you know who could do with experiencing the restorative effects of kinesiology balances.
