Worried about your mental health? How Kinesiology can help

Perhaps you remember times in your life when it was easy to get out of bed in the mornings, having had a good night sleep, feeling purposeful, content, happy, feeling connected to loved ones - the day full of colour and possibilities.

Those times can be all too fleeting for many of us. Insomnia, difficulty getting out of bed on a grey morning is often the norm, and to get out of bed for what? Aches and pains, the familiar discontentment, boredom, loneliness, the constant gnawing away at your nerves that is anxiety’s speciality.

What to do about it when so little support is available?

One approach you may like to try is Kinesiology.

Pronounced Kin - easy – ology, this form of natural healthcare takes a whole-person approach, that means as a kinesiologist I don’t simply treat the symptoms, but I look to see how I can bring back into balance whatever is blocked, stuck, deficient in you.

Anxiety and depression can be caused by many things. I can test your body‘s energy using muscle response testing to see if there are related hormonal, nervous system, digestive, or environmental stress problems and initiate releasing the blocks or toxins, while addressing any nutritional deficiencies, enabling you to bounce back, enjoying life in your own way.

It could be that the anxiety is so familiar, you don’t know who you would be without it. Depression can be a comfort of sorts. I can also work with you to gently lift your self-esteem and ability to love yourself so that without the anxiety and depression you become authentically happier. You deserve to enjoy life.

I have 10 years therapeutic experience with kinesiology, and have been offering support to people with these and all types of health concerns one-to-one in Somerset for 8 years.

If you are new to kinesiology and intrigued, or interested to work with me again after a pause, get in touch and I’ll offer you a free 15-minute discovery call to explore how I can help you from where you are right now.

Something new I am offering to all clients is a personalised emailed report of what I worked on with you in each session, this helps you reflect on the changes you are experiencing – can be subtle or very obvious at times, but the benefits are always accumulative! It’s recommended that you have six sessions with me as a standard minimum.
