Recovering From Covid-19 & Returning to Work – Michelle’s Story

Michelle contacted me in early January as she had caught Covid-19, and was very unwell with it at home, spending much of the day sleeping. We had two sessions over Zoom and I sent her 2/3 minutes of Reiki every day for two weeks.

During the first session we discovered the ‘message’ the virus had for her, and the entry in Louise Hay’s reference book Heal Your Body on the metaphysical message behind the flu virus made a lot of sense. We did some PSYCH-K balances (to input new supportive beliefs) based on these findings.

The second session was just over a week later and we focused on her concerns relating to returning to work. There were further ‘messages’ to be received relating to these concerns, the PSYCH-K balances helped to integrate them and helped her feel stronger and ready to return to normal life. Some homework to use an immune strengthening kinesiology technique on herself added further benefits.

Here is Michelle’s telling of what happened:
‘Late 2020 was a difficult time for me for a few reasons; mainly having Coronavirus resulting in weeks off work, after which I was moving to a new team. I had developed a lot of anxiety, particularly around joining a new team and doubting my ability as a nurse.

Hanna utilised her various tools to help me remotely, when I didn't feel well enough to interact on Zoom. I could feel the more troublesome symptoms of Covid easing, every time she used PSYCH-K, Kinesiology or other energy work. Hanna explored the symptoms from a healing aspect, which gave strength and reasoning to my experience.
Returning to work was far easier than expected, with far less anxiety. I also quickly adapted to the new team.

I always feel safe with Hanna, who always discovers the best approach using excellent intuition and an extensive tool kit. She taps into things I wasn't able to see in myself, which are then cleared and the shift is usually felt, like a weight lifted.’

A few weeks on Michelle is still doing really well despite increased work and time pressures. I’m very pleased with this result, and to be on hand to help her in the future as and when needed.
